Sign-ups for the swap End Friday night. If you have been waffling about whether to join or not, now is the time to jump in before it closes.
The first give-away I have is for signing up. You get an entry for joining the swap.
With a tea party theme I went out and found this lovely little tea shop on Etsy called Whispering Winds Teas. I don't drink black, green, or white tea but do drink herbal infusions and they have some lovely blends I thought looked good.
So for my swappers that get signed up on time, I will pick one of you (that includes my junior swappers) and you will get to go to the Tea Shop and pick out a blend and I will have it shipped to you (if you are the winner). :o) I had to order the Chocolate Mint Rooibos - Herbal Tea . It sounded so lovely. Here is the description:
This herbal tea is delicious and has a great chocolaty mint taste. It begins with an African Rooibos base with the addition of peppermint leaves and cocoa nibs. Chocolate Mint Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and makes a nice refreshing cup of tea. The fragrance alone is delicious!
Doesn't that sound lovely! I love Rooibos. It tastes so rich and woodsy.
Its been a tick tock

This sounds great. There is a little restaurant here where I live called the Pink House. It's an old Victorian house that's painted baby pink outside and has bright pink striped walls inside. They have a huge tea selection, I always like to experiment with a new flavor each time I eat there. It's such a fun, girly place to eat, and the comfort food is always delicious.
When I lived in SO. Calif., I had an herb garden, that I called my Tea Garden...I grew ,lavender, pineapple mint, chocolate mint & peppermint as well as pineapple sage & chocolate geranium....I would dry the leaves and create my own tea "tasaine" blends...my favorite is a blend of 2/3 lavender buds & 1/3 choclate mint..oh Yum!
